Our terms at kanubis.co.uk apply to any use of our site kanubis.co.uk and all offers on kanubis.co.uk and services we do if you do not agree with the terms kanubis.co.uk made you cannot order any of our products or use our site.

Age

Law

All seeds displayed on kanubis.co.uk are expressly sold with the intention that they are to be used solely for souvenir or collectors, or other lawful purposes and not withstanding that some jurisdictions lawfully permit the cultivation of cannabis seeds.

All other products displayed, advertised or sold within this website are expressly intended for ornamental purposes, or for use with legal smoking products or other lawful purposes.

Kanubis.co.uk does not condone or encourage the use, supply or production of illegal drugs or controlled substances in any way.

Kanubis.co.uk does not purport to give legal advice in any way whatsoever, however all users of this site should know that without a license from the Secretary of State, it is a criminal offence, at least in the United Kingdom, to cultivate any plant of the genus Cannabis by virtue of Section 6 of the Misuse of Drugs act 1971.

This offence is punishable in the United Kingdom, in addition to an unlimited fine, with a maximum of 14 years imprisonment.

As of 26th January 2009, cannabis has been reclassified in the United Kingdom as a Class B drug. In the United Kingdom the maximum penalty for possession of cannabis has increased to 5 years imprisonment, in addition to fines. In the United Kingdom the maximum penalty for supplying cannabis is 14 years imprisonment in addition to an unlimited fine.

Site Errors

If a product within this site is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Kanubis.co.uk reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Kanubis.co.uk reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, kanubis.co.uk shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
