Shipping

Once you have purchased your item will be shipped within 48 hours (except weekends) of your payment being received. We pride ourselves on reaching our target delivery dates. So if an item hasn’t been received please send us and email at and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. All our products we be sent out 1^st recorded and should be with u within 2-3 working days. We do not ship CBD flowers anywhere but within the UK and do not ship any CBD products to the following countries Israel, India, Russia, China and Slovakia.

Returns

All items are guaranteed to arrive as described with refunds granted if an item received is different than as listed or is faulty. If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, then send it back to us and we will issue you a full refund. Please note Items must be returned within 14 days of original delivery date and are subject to inspection prior to issuance of refund or a replacement, which is at our discretion. Any of our CBD products that are in sealed packets cannot be returned once the seal has been broken thank you for your cooperation in advance. We obtain proof of posting for all items sent and in the unlikely event of an item being lost or damaged refunds or replacements will only be issued upon us receiving compensation from Royal mail.
